The NoFar Method is a 50 min high intensity, low impact pilates workout that’ll whip you into shape using not one, but two machines. 25 minutes on the Cadillac and 25 minutes on a traditional reformer makes this class a true amusement park for the body.

  • Vibe: Very chill, low key vibe — and not too sceney.
  • Lockers:  No lockers, cubbies instead
  • Showers: No Showers

THE WORKOUT

Best for: Intermediate levels — especially if you’re looking for something to spice up your workout routine. Basic athleticism needed. 

Music: Pop — The music is played on low volume so you can focus on the instructor (or your muscles shaking)

Sweat level: 3/10

Tone level: 9/10

Overall: 10/10: This is a NYC must!

OUR THOUGHTS

This class is a Sweat Report favorite. It’s exactly what you’d expect from an upscale pilates class: The instructors really know their stuff, the equipment is top of the line, and the class is just as much fun as it is intense. It’s worth the price tag, and 100% worth checking out.
